This acceptance mainly focused on the on-site investigation of the production site and the hazard source points of production equipment, widely listened to the opinions of front-line employees, collected a large number of potential safety hazards to be rectified, discussed and studied the rectification measures on site, and notified the equipment department in the form of potential safety hazard rectification notice for rectification. Add guardrail and shield through the rotation and transmission device of the equipment; Photoelectric induction, emergency stop switch and other measures are added to the translation device to fundamentally improve the safety of the equipment, achieve the goal of essential safety and ensure the safe production of employees.

Safety production management is a systematic work of the company in the whole process, all-weather and all-round way. Through the in-depth development of the equipment safety pre acceptance, the unsafe factors of the equipment are greatly reduced, the reliability and safety of the equipment are improved, the occurrence of safety accidents is avoided or reduced, and the equipment failure is reduced, so as to improve the equipment utilization and production efficiency and realize efficient and safe production.
