China National Accreditation Service for conformity assessment (CNAs) is a full member of the Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization (APLAC) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization (ILAC). CNAs will operate China's laboratory accreditation system in accordance with cnas-cl01:2006 IDT ISO / IEC 17025:2005 standards for accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories and the principles of science, impartiality and consistency with internationally accepted standards. CNAs and national and regional laboratory accreditation institutions that have signed mutual recognition agreements recognize each other, both through laboratories accredited by China's national laboratories and among Member States.

Purpose and significance of laboratory accreditation:

At present, China has signed mutual recognition agreements with 74 laboratory accreditation institutions in other countries and regions, and has been recognized by CNAs.
