The "technical exchange Seminar on modified carbon black and its preparation methods" hosted by China Science and Technology Co creation (Beijing) science and technology promotion center was held in Beijing recently. More than 30 people attended the meeting, including Shen Mengpei, former counsellor of the State Council, Wang qufang, inspector of the national development and Reform Commission, he Zhiming, researcher of the torch center of the Ministry of science and technology, Lu Changrong, director of the science and Technology Department of China chemical industry group, and Ding Liping, Secretary General of the carbon black branch of China Rubber Industry Association.

At the meeting, with the theme of "new direction of green tire development", inventor Zhang Yigang introduced in detail the preparation method of modified carbon black and its beneficial exploration and successful experience from the aspects of project background, innovation and market prospect, and answered the questions of experts in detail. According to the basic theory and experimental data, the carbon black modified road is better than the white carbon black modified road in terms of technical performance and economic cost. The carbon black modified technology is only at the beginning and has great room for development and potential space. Subsequently, the experts discussed "how to quickly promote the transformation and industrialization of modified carbon black".

It is reported that China is a large tire producer, and the market potential of modified carbon black industry is huge. However, at this stage, the technology still has some problems, such as small number of samples, immature technology, large-scale difficulty, and the situation is still severe. Therefore, how to increase the scientificity of data, make the technology from small-scale test to pilot test stage, and then strengthen the technological innovation of modified carbon black, so as to accelerate the industrialization, scale and intensification is the primary problem faced by the technology.

At the technical exchange meeting, the participating experts put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on the further development, promotion, industrialization and business model innovation of the modified carbon black technology, and expressed their efforts to help the publicity and promotion of the technology.
